This resulted in Valamo’s refined, emerald-green absinthe, whose crisp yet herbaceous flavour combines anis with a dash of bitterness.

The beautiful green of Valamo Absinthe comes into its own in the glass. On the palate, Valamo Absinthe is dry and fiery, with light notes of mint and anise. This is joined by aromas of fresh Nordic herbs and a hint of fennel.
