Very sophisticated, complex nose with great finesse and persistent aromas of cooked apples, vanilla, boiled sweets, walnut, leather and cigar box with touches of ripe fruits: melon, apple and apricot. A buttery mouthfeel, with flavors of oak, tangerine and peach. The finish is fresh, with hints of black pepper and nutmeg.
