“A lovely example of Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay showing that combination of delicacy and power. Whole bunch pressed to French oak hogsheads of which 12% was new. And then it got 12 months on lees which allowed the flavour profile to build. Has a savoury, slightly lemon curd palate with a little almond meal complexity. Love the overall feel. “
