This deeply-sherried 15 year old Islay single malt was laid down at the Caol Ila distillery in June 2006 and bottled in September 2021 for Douglas Laing’s Old Particular The Midnight Series – named in honour of the darkest time of night to illustrate the dark, rich flavours owing from sherry cask heritage.
Drawn from single cask number 15193 at a natural strength 54.6% ABV, this beauty was finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt and is one of only 305 limited edition bottles that comes complete with presentation tube.
