Gestos, created to enhance the unique varietal expression from two different terroirs in Mendoza. Elaborated with identical percentages of grapes from two different regions, our vines located at 700m above sea level provide maturity, intensity and body, while our vines from 1100m above sea level adds freshness, complexity and structure. 6 months aging in brand new oak barrels give harmony to the fruit.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
An equal blend of grapes from 1100 m and 700 m altitudes, this is a deep coloured wine. Open red fruit nose, with redcurrant and black berries, and a nice, refined cedary oak quality (this is made with a combination of inner staves and barrels). Really juicy chocolate and bright red fruit, with lovely freshness and racy tannin and acid axis.
