A contemporary style gin with a New Zealand twist. Distilled in-house starting with Canterbury grain and finished with 11 botanicals including a generous helping of East Coast Manuka, fresh citrus and Otago Lavender.

Recipe #23 is a botanical forward, contemporary style gin pairing a slightly sweeter malt base spirit with well rounded citrus, floral and spice botanicals.
In your G&T it is best matched with fruity garnishes like orange, pink grapefruit, apple or pear slices. In cocktails it works wonderfully with bubbly rosé as in a French 75, as well as with rich fruity flavours.
