With this 2nd release Craft Works Distillery continues the I AM… signature flavour profile – this time with a softer more elegant expression.
Using the I AM… original elements of strong flavours driven by Andrew Young’s signature Super Cask barrels married with Phil’s (Pieter van Gent) Vintage Port casks, we now introduce old wood Pedro Ximenez (PX) Spanish Sherry casks to add new elements to this expression.
